Ingredients:
- 2 Tbls. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
- 3 Tbls. flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 2 C milk
- 2 C cheddar cheese – shredded
- 2 chicken bullion cubes
- 1 1/2 C hot water
- 1 C broccoli, cooked and chopped
- paprika
Directions:
Melt the butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Add onion and cook until slightly browned Stir in flour and seasonings. Add mil gradually and stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Stir into cheese mixture. Add broccoli. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika.
