Ingredients:
- 2 C shoepeg corn
- 3/4 C chopped tomato
- 1/2 C chopped cucumber
- 2 Tbls. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbls. white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove chopped garlic
Directions:
Combine vegetables. COmine all other ingredients for dressing. Pour dressing over vegetables. Chill.
