Ingredients:
- 1 C white corn syrup
- 1 C dark brown sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 C melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 heaping C shelled whole pecans
Directions:
Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla then mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over all. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for approximately 45 minutes. When cool, top with whipped cream.
