Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/4 C of old-fashioned rolled oats.
- 1 T ground flax seed
- 1 T of chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 C almond or peanut butter
- 1/4 C honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 C chopped freeze dried apples or dried apples
Directions:
In bowl or stand mixer, combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, allspice, salt, nut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and chopped dried apples. Mix until it all comes together and looks moist.
Use a small cookie scoop to form the balls or roll by hand. Place in container and chill for one hour before serving.
