Personal Powerballs

Ingredients:

  • peanut butter
  • honey
  • hemp seeds – tons
  • pumpkin seeds
  • walnuts – finely chopped
  • cranberries
  • candied grapefruit rinds (homemade by Natalie of Copper Cliff Flower Farm)
  • dash of nutmeg

Directions:

Mush it all up into balls. Refrigerate.

Comments:

It is so fun to experiment and have a little extra goodness to eat when energy is low. I like to make small ones and big ones in case I want to taste it for mouth or eat for my blood sugar levels.
