Ingredients:
- 1 C peanut butter
- 1 C sugar
- 1 egg
Directions:
Mix it all and then roll into balls. Use a fork to smash the balls flat. Press down with fork sideways and then again turning perpendicular and that makes the fun checker design. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes.

Super satisfying! I’ve been buying the big Adams peanut butter tubs from Costco. The oil separates and no amount of hand stirring fixes the situation. The mixer is amazing and now is ready for baking something with peanut butter. Voila!
