Ingredients:
- 3/4 C Olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbls french mustard
- 1 Tbls red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried tarragon or 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Mix together and enjoy.
Makes:
Approximately one cup of dressing.
