Ingredients:
- 1 Tbls. unsalted butter
- 1 C rice
- 1 C orange juice
- 1 C water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Add rice and stir until coated. Add juice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil. reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Adjust cooking time for longer cooking rice based on package directions.
