Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 C peanuts
- 1/2 C corn syrup
- 1 Tbls. butter
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish stir peanuts, sugar, syrup, and salt. Cook 8 minutes on high stirring well after 4 minutes. Stir in butter and vanilla. Microwave 2 minutes longer on high. Add soda and quickly stir until light and foamy. Immediately pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet, spread out thin. When cool, break into small pieces. Store in air-tight container.
