Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 C Olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbls french mustard
  • 1 Tbls red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon or 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Mix together and enjoy.

Makes:

Approximately one cup of dressing.
