Crab Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. crabmeat – canned or frozen
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. curry
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 C shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped scallions
  • Large Boboli bread

Directions:

Combine crab, mayo, curry, salt, and cheese. Spread on Boboli. Sprinkle chopped scallions on top. Bake a 450 approximately 10 minutes until top is brown and bubbly. Cut into 1″ squares with a pizza wheel and serve.

From Elaine Sellig. Aunt Elaine is also in the family famous for good cooking. But, for some reason, I didn’t fully appreciate this because the only thing that I remembered was the best ever thing – cream cheese in celery with sliced green olives.
