Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box chocolate fudge cake
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 C cooking oil (like canola or vegetable)
  • 1 8oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix the cake mix, egg, and cooking oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 C of the crumbly. Put the rest in a 9 x 13 greased pan – pat flat. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Pull it out and let it sit/set for 1 minute.

While the crumbly is cooking, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and egg until creamy and then add 1 cup chocolate chips. Pour this on top of the baked crumbly. Then add the reserved crumbly on top of this. Bake 22 minutes or until done. Cool, cut, eat.
