Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 C coffee
  • 8 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 large container of whipped topping

Directions:

Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan and be careful not to burn by stirring lots or using a double boiler. Add coffee and mix well. Take off heat. Put whipped topping into a bowl and fold in the chocolate mixture. Stir until it looks right. Add to a fancy bowl or individual fancy dessert dishes. Serve after it has been in the freezer long enough to harden. Garnish with chocolate shavings or something special like that and will look and taste way more sophisticated than it is.

Comments:

I don’t know where I got this from… but I pulled the following quote from one of the dumbest kids music recordings known to mankind. The kids didn’t even like it. But the words made me laugh and literally, it was at that time I realized I hadn’t slept an entire 8 hours without interruption in over 5 years yet, I had come across the best chocolate mousse recipe ever.

“There’s a chocolate moose on the loose, dancing around in a red caboose. Engineer, engineer don’t you complain because soon you’ll l have a chocolate train.”
