Granola Bars or Power Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaping C pitted dates or prunes
  • 1/4 C agave nectar or honey
  • 1/4 C favorite nut butter
  • 1 C chopped nuts
  • 1 & 1/2 C  slow cook oats
  • extras to your heart’s content: coconut, chocolate chips, dried fruits, etc.

Directions:

Use the food processor on the dates or prunes. Toast nuts & oats. Warm honey & nut butter. Mix it all together and press into a pan or roll into balls. Refrigerate. Enjoy.

From the Internet and I don’t remember where. I changed it a little anyway. My first batch was really well received. I used my brand new granola bar pan from The Pampered Chef.  Super satisfying!
