Granola Bars take 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 C agave nectar or honey
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1/3 C Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 C chopped nuts
  • 2 & 1/2 C  slow cook oats
  • 3/4 C extras: pretzels, coconut, chocolate chips, dried fruits, etc.

Directions:

Toast nuts & oats on 350. Use a sauce pan for butter, honey & sugar. When melted, add the vanilla and salt. Pour the melted stuff over the toasted stuff and mix it all together. Pour into a pan. Refrigerate. Enjoy.

Haven’t made this one yet, but am adding it so I don’t have to study up on the crayz Internet. I want to use my granola bar pan from The Pampered Chef a whole bunch more.  Super satisfying!
