Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 & 1/3 C sugar
- 1/2 C Crisco oil
- 8 oz canned Pumpkin
- 1/3 C water
- 1 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- walnuts and raisins
Directions:
Grease a loaf pan with the nasty shortening, then coat with flour. Beat eggs, sugar, and oil. Add pumpkin and water. Beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake.
Oven Temp:
325 for 40 mins then 300 for 40 more minutes
