Ingredients:
- 2 C whole milk
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 8 C 1-inch cubes sourdough bread, crusts trimmed
- 1 1/2 C whipping cream
- 5 large eggs
- 1 Tbls. chopped garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz. goat cheese (such as Montrachet) crumbled
- 1 Tbls. (I use a little less) fresh chopped thyme
- 1 tsp. Herbes de Provence
- 12 oz. chopped ham (I use Black Forest)
- 20 oz. artichoke hearts drained and halved
- 1 C (packed) shredded Havarti cheese
- 1 C grated Parmesan cheese
